Signature d’une convention stratégique entre la SAPCO-Sénégal et la SOGIP SA

C’est dans une atmosphère empreinte de solennité que s’est tenue la cérémonie de signature de convention entre la SAPCO-Sénégal et la SOGIP SA (Société de Gestion des Infrastructures Publiques dans les pôles urbains de Diamniadio et du Lac Rose).

En accueillant le Directeur général de la SOGIP, M. Dame Mbodj, accompagné de ses collaborateurs, le Directeur général de la SAPCO-Sénégal, M. Serigne Mamadou Mboup, a rappelé l’importance de cet accord qui traduit une volonté commune de bâtir des synergies fortes pour faire du Sénégal une destination attractive, compétitive et durable.

Les grands axes de coopération

Ce partenariat stratégique repose sur trois piliers majeurs :
• La promotion et la valorisation des sites aménagés et gérés par la SOGIP.
• La gestion optimale de la mobilité lors des grands événements, grâce à des solutions innovantes et durables.
• L’introduction de cabines modulaires polyvalentes et d’équipements adaptés, afin d’assurer l’organisation d’événements d’envergure dans les meilleures conditions.

Une réponse aux défis logistiques des grands événements

Sous l’impulsion de la SAPCO-Sénégal, à travers sa filiale La Sénégalaise de Logistique & de Tourisme (SLT), cette convention se veut une réponse concrète aux défis logistiques, écologiques et sécuritaires qui accompagneront les grands rendez-vous à venir, notamment les Jeux Olympiques de la Jeunesse (JOJ) 2026.

À l’heure où Diamniadio s’apprête à devenir l’épicentre de cet événement mondial — avec une cérémonie d’ouverture prévue au Stade Abdoulaye Wade et la majorité des compétitions concentrées entre l’Arena et les sites environnants — la question de la mobilité sera l’un des premiers défis à relever.

Le Sénégal, premier pays africain à accueillir ces Jeux, doit proposer des solutions modernes, confortables et respectueuses de l’environnement pour répondre aux attentes des milliers d’athlètes et visiteurs attendus.

Une vision commune pour l’avenir

À travers cette convention, la SAPCO-Sénégal et la SOGIP SA affichent leur ambition : innover, mutualiser leurs expertises et mettre en place des dispositifs capables d’accompagner durablement l’organisation des grands événements sportifs, culturels et touristiques du Sénégal.

Ce partenariat marque une étape décisive dans la construction d’un écosystème touristique et logistique solide, au service de l’image et du rayonnement international du Sénégal.
